Newcastle'sTableSince 1898

Named after the Victorian architect who built Slieve Donard, J.J. Farrall's has been the heart of the hotel since 1898. The dining room carries that history in its bones — high ceilings, period details, and a setting that has welcomed guests for well over a century. The menu looks to Northern Ireland's larder for everything on the plate: seasonal beef from nearby farms, seafood from the Irish Sea, and game from the surrounding countryside.

Private Dining and Celebrations

Few settings match Slieve Donard for a celebration. The Mountains of Mourne, the Irish Sea and Royal County Down's fairways outside every window — and a dining room with over a century of history inside.
