An Evening with Lochlea Distillery

Close the Dornoch Whisky Festival with a four-course dinner in The Golden Gorse, each course paired with a dram from Lochlea — a single-site Ayrshire distillery where every grain of barley is grown and matured on the farm. Chef Lee has built the menu around the range, from the bright Orchard & Oak alongside the starter to the depth of Dark Briar with the main, finishing with a pour of Cask Strength Batch 3 to see the night out.
