Orkney scallops, Halibut, Highland lamb and aged beef from the grill — a menu rooted in the land and sea of Sutherland.
Named for the wild shrub that lines the fairways of Royal Dornoch, The Golden Gorse is the dining room at the heart of Dornoch Station. The menu draws from the best of the Scottish Highlands, focusing on local meats, freshly caught seafood and seasonal produce from the Sutherland larder.
