A La Carte

Beef, game and seafood, cooked over open flame on our Robata grill. Dry-aged Aberdeen Angus steaks, freshly shucked Cumbrae oysters and the finest Scottish produce — served morning to night.

Sunday Lunch

A proper Sunday roast, done the 18 way. Roast rump of Scotch beef, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish crème fraîche, beef fat roasties and coal-roasted roots.

Afternoon Tea

Freshly baked scones, handcrafted pastries and finger sandwiches — served with Champagne or tea, with the Old Course as your backdrop.

Dessert

Scottish classics and something a little unexpected — sticky toffee pudding and warm dark chocolate mousse alongside a Scottish cheese course and a dessert wine list worth lingering over.
